Huggies vs Pampers
Ahh, the ultimate controversy. I feel like I've graduated from college to adult when the hot topic with my friends has changed from 'boxers vs briefs' to 'huggies vs pampers'.We did stage our own version of the Pepsi Challenge, and purchased Huggies, Papers, Luvs and even some other random brand I found in our local grocery store. Huggies wins hands down. Luvs leaked all the time, and was even kind of scratchy. Pampers was nice and soft, but also leaked. For us, Huggies has never leaked. The elastic bands around the legs fit well, the diapers are soft enough to not bother my son. We've used Huggies from size NB up to 3 so far and have still preferred Huggies in each size range.Within the Huggies line, I prefer the Ultra-trim (which I guess is being called something else now?) over the Huggies Supreme. The Supreme were extra padded and tended to bunch up. They didn't leak, but they just weren't as comfortable for my son's frenzied activity level...

Faithful Huggies Customer...two kids and counting
I have used a lot of diapers between my son and my daughter. I have tried many different brands, and I just love Huggies. I have never had any problems, and I feel they are good quality. The only time my kids ever leaked is when we use generic diapers or the Pampers baby dry (Pampers Cruisers are great, too!). I have always found that elastic waisted diapers work better and fit better, especially with mobile babies!Little tip I learned: In my experience, if you don't unfold the elastic around the thigh before you put them on, the diapers will leak. It's not enough to just open them up and slap them on. When I started fully opening the diapers before putting them on, I stopped having a problem with leaks. (Of course, when you have a morning diaper that weighs a few pounds, it will leak for a different reason!!)Also, I've seen a few reviews from parents who have stated that the Huggies bought online are of lower quality than what they have purchased in...

Great Diapers. Here's a little advice.
I like Huggies. I also like that I have figured out how to use them. First, you must make sure to "open" the diapers before you start to change your baby. The elastic is folded into the diaper and a gentle tug of your finger will flatten it out. Second, you must make sure that the elastic is not bent inward when you put the diaper on your baby. Follow these two rules and you shouldn't get many leaks. (You may be able to tell that these rules are based upon experience.) Good luck.

A truly must have in the toy arsenal
I bought this toy for my daughter's first birthday, and everyone in the family absolutely loves it. My daughter thinks that she is such a big girl driving around the neighborhood, and she prefers it to her stroller, hands down. It is sturdy, turns well, and looks cute. The removable handle is wonderful for trips as the car fits in our trunk beautifully. The handle is a godsend for parents since you will definitely be pushing this around many times for a long time. The storage compartment is really fantastic also - for all of those treasures that must go along. I think that it would be neat if the car made more realistic sounds, but my daughter doesn't mind in the least. She loves it. My only suggestion to Step2 would be to put little doors on the side so that children will not be tempted to drag their feet on the ground which my daughter occasionally does. However, parenting is not as much fun in the vehicular department without this toy. As my husband said, "this is one of...

Warranty Information
I bought this for my son's first birthday. It has been great to take walks in. He seems to really enjoy it. The only thing I could say wrong about this product is that the tires do split. I bought it in May and it's now September and the seam in the back tire has already split. I just called the toll free number (800-347-8372) for Step 2. They indicated that this product is under warranty against manufacture defect and normal wear and tear for two years from date of purchase. They are supposed to be sending me out a new tire tomorrow.

Fun on Wheels!
I recently bought this car for my 8 month-old daughter and she absolutely LOVES it! She claps her hands and squeals up a storm as we "drive" down the street. The handle is perfect for my height and I love that it has a seatbelt in it. The "trunk" is handy for storage, (keys, wallet, burp cloth etc..) and my daughter even falls asleep in it. AMAZING! We usually take a 30 minute walk in the evening time and the minute I put her in the car to get ready to go, she is just overjoyed. This is one toy that we'll definitely get our moneys worth out of! (Already have, I think!) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!

Best VW beef-up book yet!
I was very glad to find this book. It is straight forward and full of photographs look at how to beef-up a VW based bug or buggy. There are tons of tricks ad tips in here that aren't HIGH DOLLAR jobs. Simple and easy things to do during your build up that will save you hours trying to go back and fix things later. It should be called How to do it right the First time! It is one of few auto books with real knowledge in it that skips the technical jargon and flashy billet parts and suggests things that will work!You will be pleased with it wether you are building a Baja, Street Bug, Rail Buggy or Dune Buggy. The air cooled VW motor still rules an always will!

Good, but dated
Hibbard really knows what he's talking about; he's raced and won off-road races, and built VW based races cars and buggies.He offers good advice, and it doesn't always involve throwing more money at the problem.On the downside, the book was written in 1983(?) and is a bit out of date. Obviously, the VW market has changed, and the book needs to be updated.Overall, it's a good book, and worth the money if you're building a Baja bug or a fairly stock (Class 11) racer.

The basic primer for buggy builders, a must read!
This is an excellent book for first time builders and as a reference book for the more experienced. What made it so valuable to me is that Jeff explains the cost effective way to build buggies and baja bugs. No flashy boulevard queens here, just real world functional stuff. All the complicated aspects are explained. So read it, think about it, then go back and read it again. I have built two cars, a baja and a class 1/2 1600 and I still refer back to it for the detail technical facts. The only reason that I would not rate this book a 5 star is that I would like to see more information on none VW engines and the newer A-arm suspension cars.

Huggies Little Snugglers Diapers
Huggies Little Snugglers are a great product. Compared to Pampers they actually hold more. We used Pampers, given that, it is the brand hospitals use. However, while in the hospital our newborn made his first big poop. Since newborn's poop does not yet have a smell, we did not know he pooped, until I went to pick him up. He was a mess front to back. His blanket was soaked. Pampers did not hold it. Once we got home, I tried Huggies Snugglers and, of course he made another big poop. This time it was not all over him. The diaper contained everything. That is why Huggies Littler Snugglers will always get my vote.
