One of the best seasons by far
I didn't become a fan of Jersey Shore until sometime last year. I only caught the end of season 2, so I bought it plus the season 1 DVD just to catch up. Both were OK, despite Angelina's problems with everybody, but when Season 3 rolled around, it was way better than what I expected. Deena arrived & became the new "blast in a glass" roommate, which kinda made the season a bit more interesting and funny. I think the worst thing about season 3 was having to sit through Sam and Ron's CONSTANT battling and bickering over their relationship (again), which was hardly even real to begin with. It was like watching a never-ending soap opera! Mike's instigating only made it worse close to the end of the season, and I totally agree that Ron should've kept his word: NEVER FALL IN LOVE AT THE JERSEY SHORE. However, I believe that any Jersey Shore fan will definitely get their money's worth out of this one. Hopefully Season 4 will be just as good!

Better than season two!
I love JS, this was definitely worth the buy. I already own season one and two, so I couldn't go without pre-ordering the third from Amazon. It's better than season two, your typical JS season! Ronnie and Sam just fight way too much, but if you can get past that, it's pretty good.

Reality TV at its Best
The Jersey Shore is a reality TV show that follows the lives of eight young men and women who share a house at the beach for the summer. In my opinion, it is reality entertainment at its absolute best. This show along with Paradise Hotel are probably my favorite reality TV shows ever. I heard the early years of the Real World were extremely good too and that the Jersey Shore reminded fans of those seasons.What really made this show great was the producers did an awesome job selecting the housemates who all handled the pressures of the house very well. Sure they got into fights with themselves and outsiders, but they always seemed to come together as a family. This is what every group of true friends should do.Mike "The Situation" was by far the most entertaining person to watch, though Ronnie came across as the bigger stud in the end with his winning of Sam and his tough guy fist fights. so much fun
This was definitely my favorite season. Why? We get rid of a lot of the revolving plots that have stretched across many seasons (i.e. Angelina taking up space, Sam and Ronnie breaking up). Florence is the beautiful 9th roommate: we get to see gorgeous architecture, crazy clubs and some delicious looking food and cocktails. The roommates are finally getting along, with a few bumps in the road. *MINOR SPOILERS BELOW*Interesting bits:Ron and Sammi are happily flying under the radar.Vinny and Pauly cant seem to get the girls to come home with them.Mike is acting like a gossipy old lady with his he said she said plotline.Snooki is in a committed, normal relationship. Jersey Shore season 4 review
This is complete with special features as well as the Before The Shore special, shown before the first episode of Season 4. Daily outtakes from mtv.com are also included. There is the reunion and after hours specials. Jersey Shore takes on Italy, what could go wrong? This season is full of the typical drama, except they're in another country. The cast tears up clubs and holds it down in a pizzeria. Best season yet! Well done, MTV!!!

The reality behind this show!
So the other reviews that people have left about this show are somewhat truthful but hey, were in the 4th season now. What did you expect? This show is extremely funny and entertaining. I do not know why people that dont even eatch the show come in here and give it poor ratings. I do not know why you even waste your time reviewing this product since you dont even like the show. You shouldnt even be searching for it on amazon.C'mon people, the reaility here that MTV wanted to make a show that was funny and could captivate millions of people all over the world and it worked... Even the people that "hate the show" cant stop watching it. Notice the people comlainging about it being a horrible show and were now in season 4. Awesome.
They "uncensored" alot of it I don't why people act like it's not uncensored... At all. Which it is because other-wise it wouldn't say "uncensored" for no reason. And they have to censor some of the words because they can be really dirty and crude. And if that was me I'd censor some of it too. But one question, how come when I bought this DVD it didn't have the "Cast Interviews". Hmm.....? And says in special features "Cast Interviews". Well I don't care as long as I have uncensored "Season Two" episodes. Thatz all I care about.

There Might Be Something to This...
None of these guys or girls would be described as geniuses, but the editors of this show might be. Jersey Shore is MTV's biggest hit, and it's status is not entirely undeserved. Much like the Real World, the show groups together young 20-somethings to live together in an idyllic life pretty much filled with clubbing and rarely a BS job (I can tell you for a fact you won't be able to afford a place like that in Miami as a grunt selling ice cream).Snooki is the show's beloved breakout character, ditzy well beyond a valley girl, but also kind of the heart of the franchise. Naturally a charmer who doesn't pick physical fights, she is socially savvy and finds herself in quite a few scuffles. Sammy and Ron can pretty much be seen as the definition of an Abusive relationship. Ron cheats, verbally abuses, and lies to Sammy with abandon, Sammy the codependent responds with adoration and loyalty. Mike "The Situation" has no brain, but is good with the ladies and thinks he's cool...

Still censored... ?
I love Jersey shore. Don't get me wrong. But the whole reason I bought this collection of "uncensored" dvds was so that I could enjoy the episodes minus the "BLEEEEEEP"s every 2 minutes. Unfortunately, this "uncensored" version still has about 50% of the BLEEEEEPs. Just a heads up.

Why write a review or even purchase the dvd if you don't like it or are against it? Some people are wierd lol. Anyway I'm 22 and loved it. It's the way life is today. Very very entertaining...And i can't wait until Season 3!!! At the end of the Season 2..it shows you in special features a sneek peak of season 3....OH MY GOSHH!! i cannot wait. The Situation is still DTF and Snookie is still lookin for her guido lol. Lots of laughs..i think season 3 will be way better!! back to the SHOREEE!!
