I'll be Darned...
I have 2000 Subaru Outback 2.5l w. 130,000 miles. These engines have a known problem with poor head gasket sealing. It had an internal coolant leak into the #2 cylinder and a slow leak in the heater core. I was losing around a quart of coolant every week. After sitting cold overnight, I'd have a hard miss on #2 and a flashing check engine light (CEL) for several minutes until the spark plug dried out enough to start firing. I'm not a big fan of "chemical" fixes for mechanical problems, but I thought that I'd give K-Seal a try. I poured it into the radiator, topped off the coolant and went for a 30 minute drive to get the engine hot. The next morning I had no missing or antifreeze smell from the heater. I reset the CEL and after almost a month, I've had no further problems with losing coolant. I'm impressed, this stuff works as advertised!

K-Seal is Awesome
K-SEAL is just awesome about a month after buying a used Range Rover the dreaded radiator leak was evident on the garage floor. Rather than paying $300-400 for a new radiator (not including installation) I did some research and found K-SEAL on one of the Land Rover online parts store and this was one of their more popular products sold. I did a search on Amazon and BAM! there it was ordered it, got in 3 days using PRIME, poured it in on Saturday morning took a ride from LA to Simi Valley... BAM! leak was sealed by the time I got to Simi... Awesome product.

Seals Head Gasket leaks as advertised
I have a 1995 Ford Windstar 3.8 liter 6 cyl with 183,200 miles. Everyone knows this is one of Ford's weakest engines and has had numerous documented problems with blown head gaskets in the past. In fact Ford extended the original warranty on the engine to cover this particular problem. During this last hard winter of 2008-09, the heater suddenly began blowing cold air and the vehicle began overheating a great deal. My local mechanic and I flushed the coolant, replaced the thermostat and checked the cooling fans for correct operation and we found no problems, but the symptoms kept occuring. We decided it was another blown head gasket (repaired at under 100,000 by Ford) and rather than pay the $900 to repair it again, we decided my car would be the "guinea pig" for K-Seal, which he had never tried before. We followed the directions on the bottle by removing some anti-freeze from the system, shaking and pouring the K-seal into the radiator and refilling the anti-freeze to the proper...

Works great
I've used K-seal on the hot water heating system in my home, and on numerous fluid dynamics experiments in a lab I run (cold systems with no heat) and it has done a great job fixing all of the leaks. I would highly recommend this product.

K-Seal
Fixed the leak within 3 minutes of application. Great stuff. I did not know exactly why I was leaking radiator fluid out of the back of the engine, but what ever it was this stuff sealed it within 3 minutes of application. Very happy.

IT WORKS WITHIN LIMITS!!!!
The two reviewers that say it didn't work in their cars need a bottle of "get a clue". Seriously, if your car is leaking coolant through the exhaust and blowing white smoke as soon as you turn it on, your seals are gone. This stuff will NOT create new seals. My 2000 grand am GT was leaking coolant I believe from the lower intake gasket. So much so (about a bottle a week) that I had resorted to just using plain old water which is bad and will rust out your radiator. Anyway I followed the instructions to the letter. Yes, removing the thermostat sucks but I did it. And I flushed the hell out of it to get all traces of coolant (and rust out) even though I was already only using water. Put the stuff in and idled for about 30 min. Let it dry for 15 hrs. flushed again. Replaced thermostat (might as well put in a new one... they are pretty cheap) and filled with Coolant. 1 week later ...... Still no leaks!!!!! Like the other guy said "I wouldn't believe it if I didn't see it myself." Now I...

nanotechnology is the best poop
My Dodge shadow blew a head gasket, I could not afford the money the mechanics stated it would take to fix it and I sure could do it myself if I had more muscle and more time, but Im a 51 year old Lady, a hands on kind of gal who dont worry about getting my hands greasy. My other car is a thunderbird and my dodge shadow is my extra car, my "just in case" car. Anyway the radiator went bad, replaced it but not before the damage was done, the headgasket had blown through to the water jacket. I drained my car and refilled it with plain water several times, and drained it again to make sure ALL THE ANTIFREEZE was out of the engine and the block. IF YOU DONT DO THIS IMPORTANT STEP, it will work just like it did on the guys lexus. It will not work in the presence of anti-freeze. I got a milk jug cleaned out and poured the ocntents of the nanotechnology into it filling it the rest of the way with HOT TAP WATER, just like the instructions said, REMOVED THE...

Avoid petroleum products --use this instead. It works!
Petroleum distillate rubber conditioners will temporarily soften rubber seals, then turn them to mush over time. Not AT-205 Re-Seal! I've used this in two motorcycles (31 and 27 years old), as well as two cars (a 1996, and a 2003), over two years ago, as a preventative measure. No problems, no issues, other than it helped eliminate one oil leak. I originally found this product in an auto-parts store, for around $7 more than I paid here (minus S/H). Even with the postage fees, this came out to be $6 less, per bottle, ordering three at a time, than I would have paid buying it semi-locally (had to drive to a neighboring town, 40 miles away -- no one locally carries it). This stuff is non-toxic, and it is NOT made from petroleum. I don't know what is made from, but I know it works, as described. I recently had an O-ring that was shrunken, and leaking oil, on one of my motorcycles (previous treatments didn't reach this part which is more external). I traced the leak to...

    Amazing Stuff/works quick
Had oil leaking from rear main seal in '03 Maxima and got 5 estimates to replace in the $700 to $950 price range. $42 part and the rest was labor. One mechanic suggested I try AT 205 first so I stopped by his shop and bought a bottle. I don't like using any engine additives but he said he used it in one of his high mileage personal cars with good results. Poured it in and over night the leak was gone. That was 3 weeks ago and no more oil spot in the driveway...

    It Works For Me.
I put the 8 ounces bottle into car engine and it helps. There is an acceptable itsy bitsy leak left. You can watch "Fixing Oil Seal Leaks Fast" video on YouTube by scottykilmer. You need 8 ounces for car engine or transmission usage, and 3 ounces for power steering. I am going to order more for power steering and transmission usage.

    Grease is grease
I have a K&N air filter so I got K&N grease. A tube'll probably last me five years. It seems like quality stuff and hasn't shown a tendency to harden in a year. I trust the K&N brand in other things, so why not their grease. John

    Buy K Seal

I put the K-SEAL in. Went 6 or 7 miles my temp gauge went up above half way and the only time it goes up there is when it goes to the red mark. I added K-SEAL and ever since I did it I haven't added any more antifreeze or had white smoke come out. I'll post in a week or so and let you know if this K-SEAL is still working. It's been about 6 months since I added it. Should I try to add K-SEAL. Flushed with water both ways and put air both ways then flushed water both ways again. JUST wondering if I should try K-SEAL first. 2 Tie Rod Ends, 2 New tires, New headlights and side markers, front rotors and brake pads and flushed the coolant system and also just the heater core. YES I have bleed the 2 screws 3 days or so in a row and added antifreeze after I did bleed them. Any one have an idea what else I should buy and total how much besides the head gasket kit. I WILL buy Fel Pro Gaskets. If so and it doesn't work will it be a pain in the as* when I change the head gasket with that stuff in the system. What I have read in the internet these vans are known for head gaskets. I REALLY hope this works on this van like it did on my Pontiac.
