Beauty Book Wildly Wonderful
This book is an easy read with lots of side comments by the author that are hilarious and fun. It's chocked full with great advice and recipes for making your own beauty products. It's the second in the Herbs Gone Wild series by Diane Kidman and I highly recommend it. I'll keeping watching to see what she has in store for us next!

THE must-read book on natural hair beauty
This is the book that you have book looking for.A true testament that salon managed hair is not the best managed hair. I gave up sulfates and parabens two years ago, along with hair sprays, goos, gels, dryers, and straighteners. Recommended By A Friend, Now I'm A Believer Too!
A friend of mine swore by these. I though she may have gotten a job with the company. Turns out she has made a believer out of more than a few people.I have been into health foods, vitamins and supplements for a long time. I don't get excited as easily as I used to. However this is a well made formula. It has helped my family and I get over some really bad coughs this year. There is definitely something to it. It contains the usually round up of echinacea and goldenseal, but it also has many other herbs and ingredients that must be proportioned very well.I certainly recommend these to anyone looking for an immune system boost. This is the capsule version. I think it delivers more of a punch than the tablet version. Keep in mind you do have to take 6 capsules while you only have to take 3 tablets. Also the smell is a bit strong and not that great. You can taste it more with the capsules. Otherwise this is a great supplement to take when you feel a little...

I have recommended it to everyone I know who gets colds.Take three of these huge tablets two or more times a day at the very first signs of a cold to ward off infection or lessen the symptoms.Before I learned about Wellness Formula, I got colds at every season. And at least one or two of them were very severe. When I take the tablets at the first signs, now I only develop colds once or twice a year, and the symptoms are much milder and manageable without the use of medications and their side-effects.Some people like to take one or two tablets daily to maintain their immune system. This is our favorite spice blend in our house for everything from steaks, chicken, fish, and vegtables. McCormik has officially discontinued this product as of 2010 and the replacement is extrememly bland and not the same in any way! Terrible decision McCormick! Shame on you!

Excellent Seasoning !
I really love this seasonig. Besides using it on chicken, fish, salads and rice I found out that it is great to be used on the popcorn.. If you have an hot air popper, just mix the lemon and herb seasoning on the butter and let it melt. Stir it a little bit and pour the butter on the popcorn.. It is awesome !If you like the taste of lemon, McCormick lemon and herb is the one.

It's the best
Originally I bought raw shea butter from a street vendor, ladies, waste no more money on high end product, this is natural, very inexpensive and is EXCELLENT - I am naturally olive toned however years in the sun produced age spots and as I began to tone my weight my face was sagging, I didn't really notice at first the good it was doing, everyone else did, I have no laugh lines, no sun frowny marks, spots are lighter and less noticable and I use this on virtually everything. It takes very little to cover your face and hands. Add a few wee drops of lavendar and you have a wonderful soothing, calming relaxant... No Kidding..!!!

SHEA BUTTER at a reasoonable price and it lasts a long time. I use it for hair care and body moisturizer melt some in the microwave about 20 seconds and mix your favorite scent in for a great lotion. Mix with coconut oil and vegetable glycerine along with your favorite scent for a great leave in conditioner for natural hair will make curls POP.

Geat Moisturizing...But No Healing
Shea butter is well known for it's moisturizing, and more notably, healing properties. Shea butter, in it's natural form, is off-white, pale yellow, or cream colored after processing. It has a unique nutty smell which is not offensive. The smell will degrade over time after application...unless too much has been applied. Golden Shea Butter has palm oil added to it. Also, the healing component(s) of shea butter is quite sensitive. It deteriorates over a short period time or if the final product is altered too much.I've used this product for a year. While a great natural moisturizer, I did not observe any signs of healing. I have a feeling that this shea butter is older or has been altered to the degree of degradation.Once again, *this* shea butter with palm oil seems to be a great natural moisturizer (better than any chemicals in a bottle you might find at a local store), but don't expect any healing of blemishes, scars, etc.

Love it!
Reasons I like it:1) Screened for mercury and other bad stuff.2) Great lemon taste.3) Thin gel cap.2) and 3) matter to me because I'm one of the few people who actually like the taste of fish oil so I bite into the capsule and release the oil. The lemon taste gives it a nice flavor and the gel cap is easy to chew. Other brands have thick capsules which don't taste good and have really oily fish oil taste. For people who just swallow it, the taste of the oil or the capsule don't really matter, but make sure you get a brand which screens for toxins because you don't want to be killing yourself with mercury while protecting your heart.

Worth the price!
If you've ever burped after taking fish oil, you know that it can be pretty foul. This product is worth the higher price just for the sheer fact that you DON'T burp that nasty fishy taste. These are quite pleasant. I tried Kirkland fish oil because I was trying to cut down on cost but then the burp thing happened. Suffered the Costco sized bottle and am now back to Nordic Naturals. Muuuuuch better!

This is the cheapest price I have found. These capsules have a lemony taste if any, are not too big for me to swallow (and most stuff is too big), and all books I've recently read say these are an absolute must for good health.
