Great book for those in the Triad, who will be visiting, or who just love ghost stories!
What a great book! The authors use personal experiences from their childhood in private locations, as well as their experience visiting haints that everyone can visit.Some of my favorite stories are about the area colleges including Salem College (and the attaching stories with Old Salem - if you ever visit, be SURE to get some of those Moravian Cookies!) and Greensboro College (one of the first chartered women's colleges in the Southeast, now co-ed - its bound to have several spirits). Other local legends include Korner's Folley in Kernersville (the cover picture) and the JH Adams Inn in High Point. These are just a few of the many stories in this book.The authors tell the history behind many of these stories, as well as use their own experiences visiting the haunted locations, and the stories of people they have met along the way. "Ghosts of the Triad" is a very well done installment in the Haunted America series from the History Press. Ghost hunters Michael Renegar and Amy Spease include the deep research that make ghost stories leap up from the page and take you by the hand. Then they ladle on the paranormal legends that have grown up around the history of these places and people. The tasty icing atop the cake sits there courtesy of the first hand experiences they add due to their positions as ghost hunters.People from the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina - Winston Salem, Greensboro & High Point - will find the history and locations surrounding these believed hauntings very entertaining. Great Multi
I really love the products that Controlled Labs comes out with because they really do a nice job of creating a high quality product. Orange TRIad is perfect for the active individual because it provides a good amount of vitamins as well as anti-oxidents and joint support. I guess the only downfall of this product would be the pill size; if you have trouble swallowing pills then these might be tough for you to handle...Highly recommended!

Excellent!
Among the many vitamins that I've already taken, Orange Triad deserves to be recognized as the best of them. Although the pills are a bit large, and the daily recommended dosage is six (6), not only is it easily absorbed but also contains a digestive compound that truly works.

Needed a high quality multivitamin to supplement my training program and Orange Triad works very well for me. The pills are rather large but after a few days you get used to them. I should also add that users may want to take 4 a day (2 at breakfast and 2 with dinner) rather than the recomended 6 a day.
