Yummy Exotic Fruit
Asimina Triloba (tri-lobed fruits): A rare tree native to the southern USA states. Delicious banana-like tasting fruits. Exotic mammary shaped fruits. Great for custard style deserts and puddings. Sliced and chilled theyre delicious, but dont try to fry them like you could a banana.The spring flowers smell strong and not that pleasant. Due to the pungant smell flies will be the main pollinating vector. But you shall need a second tree to cross pollinate.

Origin: The pawpaw is native to the temperate woodlands of the eastern U.S. The American Indian is credited with spreading the pawpaw across the eastern U.S. to eastern Kansas and Texas, and from the Great Lakes almost to the Gulf. Fossils prove the pawpaw is indigenous to the U.S. The deep winter dormancy of the tree makes it highly frost tolerant, withstanding temperatures of -25 F or lower (hardy to USDA Climate Zone 5). Pawpaws can be grown as container specimens, although this is not often practiced. A deep pot is needed to accommodate the root system. The pawpaw is a deciduous, often narrowly conical tree growing from about 12 feet to around 20 feet. Fruit: The pawpaw is the largest edible fruit native to America. Individual fruits weigh 5 to 16 ounces and are 3 to 6 inches in length. The larger sizes will appear plump, similar to the mango. Pawpaw fruits often occur as clusters of up to nine individual fruits. The ripe fruit is soft and thin skinned.

These toys are amazing!
Our dog is a ferocious chewer. This is the first toy ever that has survived her teeth. Even after months of tug play, fetch, and just solo chewing, there isn't a single sign of chipping, scratching, or tearing on this toy. Unbelievable. And she adores it! If she has a choice between this and any other -- this is the toy she picks to play with. I love it because the shape allows me to keep my hand away from her teeth during Tug. Highly recommended for dogs who are hard on their toys.

Passed the Tess Test!
Our pit mix, Tesla (Tess for short), destroys most dog toys in seconds. Black rubber kongs are the only other products we've encountered that have stood the test of time against destruction. The Bumi has lasted months (a gold star rating for durability in our house) with nothing more than a few micro cracks in the surface.Beside durability, I like that it is more springy and flexible than comparative toys. Our other dog isn't as much of a chewer and isn't crazy about the harder rubber toys. The two dogs play tug together with the Bumi's unique shape, and I like that it is not black, which is so easily lost in shadows of bushes and under furniture!

Love, Love, Love this Product
Our Boston has a very strong drive to tug and to chew, and our boxer plays along her. After a couple months of such treatment, the Bumi looks like new -- that really is something! No dents, no holes, no little pieces tearing off. It seems indestructible and it remains a favorite toy for both dogs.We have both a Small Bumi and a Large Bumi. Our Boston is about 18 pounds and the Small one is the perfect size for her to get a good grip although she does enjoy and play with both the Small and Large size. The large Bumi is perfect for our boxer who is around 50 pounds.AND...Definite value added -- this product is MADE in the USA.
