This book is in print. As of today, Amazon does not have it. It is available through the Sunfish class office. Or you can get it at retailers who sell Sunfish or Sunfish parts, sailing gear, and related equipment. There are several online if you don't live near one. The book contains three books: "The Sunfish Book", "Successful Sunfish Racing", and "Sail It Flat", plus additional articles. A must for Sunfish sailors.

The used book dealers are gouging for this book. Amazon never has this book in stock, because it is sold from one source - the Sunfish Class organization, for $30.

Decent reference.
I've sailed Lasers, various Hobie Cats, Swans, Gulfstars and manned a few others, but one of the funnest times I've ever had is sailing in my small lanteen rig Sunfish. She doesn't have the speed of a cat (usually *wink*), nor is she as sexy as a sixty foot yawl, but the Sunfish is the quintessential beginners and veterans fun boat. You can take her out on off shore or out on a lake. She doesn't fare too well in high chop, but can be a blast regardless as you jump from one crest to the next, and is a pure pleasure for easy going sailing with a steady breeze down wind.The bible give numerous facts and diagrams of how to maintain your boat, dos and don'ts for the veteran and beginner alike. I've been around enough small craft to know what to do, but it's always handy to have an extra database handy should you need it.And yeah, like others said, it's still in print. After reading the first few pages of the three short stories written by Mr. Murphy you will be enticed to finish them all at once. They reminded me of innocent yet exciting times.
