Lasonic i931X Ghetto Blaster... You are my everything !
The Runner of Guns here... Ok... I'm almost 40 year old so I remember the glory days of the Ghetto Blaster... Owned a few in my time but never one like this !!! I've been looking for an MP3 Ghetto Blaster for some time and now my world is complete... Cassette tapes are done, compact disk are a pain, even MP3 on compact disk is a pain... This is a true MP3 Ghetto Blaster that uses removable solid-state data storage... Stick a thumb drive or SD card in it that you just loaded up with MP3, WMA, WAV, etc files straight from your computer and BAM !!! You are jammin' 80's style !!! You can dock an "i" thing in the front but I care little for the fruit of Mr. Steve... Anyway, it does appear cheap and overly "plastic" when you first look at it, but, that is what 80's blasters looked like !! Fugly plastic music monsters !! The sound is good enough for the intended purpose... If you want a Bose system then stay away... This box is made to blast tunes and annoy parents not seduce snobby...

This will be one of the most noticeable and arguably best audio investments of your life, so stay tuned (no pun intended).This ghetto blaster will turn heads. It will get you noticed. In some cases, it will even make you the life of the party / focus of attention. In hindsight, this is most likely because not many people own a ghetto blaster (not mant at all, actually), so seeing someone with one, whether they're walking or longboarding by, is pretty awesome.I've had my Lasonic ghetto blaster for a few months now, and, believe it or not, it's an amazing conversation piece, and may have even earned me a friend or two. Dozens of people have asked me, "Woah, where'd you get that thing?" Even more will come up to you and jam out. Longboarding, skateboarding, rollerblading (the hardest part about rollerblading is telling your parents you're gay), or even biking (not quite sure how you'd bike around with this, but I guess anything is possible) around the block or...

Great sound
This boombox has great sound, it can get very loud, as loud as you should ever need it. The only fault with mine was that the volume knob isn't very good. Sometimes turning it doesn't even change the volume; you need to turn it slowly. Also, iPhones and iPod touches must be entered horizontally in the boombox, which makes changing songs difficult since it is always in the album cover view.
